We have 4 large state of the art, sound proofed rehearsal rooms, each fully equipped with high-end professional gear, track lighting, AC, refrigerator, wireless internet and more. No need to haul all of your equipment to practice, just bring your guitars, cables, and drumsticks and we'll provide the rest.
Our full service, hourly studios offer a cheap and convenient alternative to the HIGH COST of monthly rentals.

ROOM RATES AND OPTIONS

Option A: Short Term Booking - Any available time (Days and Evenings)

Studio A: 18 x 15 (270 sq ft) = $15.00 / hr

Studio B: 12 x 17 (204 sq ft) = $ 14.00 / hr

Studio C: 11 x 15 (165 sq ft.) = $ 13.00 / hr

Studio D: 14 x 14 (196 sq ft.) = $ 14.00 / hr

Option B: Long Term Booking - Practice 1 Time Per Week (Evenings)

Time slots:
Early slot 5 pm – 8 pm
Late slot 8 pm – 11 pm

Each band selects 1 time slot per week any day they want.
Total = 4 3 hr practices a month. Monthly Payments

Studio A: 18 x 15 (270 sq ft) = $171.00 per month ($14.25 / hr)

Studio B: 12 x 17 (204 sq ft) = $ 160.00 per month ($13.33 / hr)

Studio C: 11 x 15 (165 sq ft.) = $ 149.00 per month ($12.41 / hr)

Studio D: 14 x 14 (196 sq ft.) = $ 160.00 per month ($13.33 / hr)

*Contingent upon availability. In most cases bands should select available slots and stick with those times for practice.

Option C: Long Term Booking - Practice 2 Times Per Week (Evenings)

Early slot 5 pm – 8 pm
Late slot 8 pm – 11 pm

Each band selects 2 time slots per week any two days they want.
Total = 8 3 hr practices a month.

Studio A: 18 x 15 (270 sq ft) = $342.00 per month ($14.25 / hr)

Studio B: 12 x 17 (204 sq ft) = $ 320.00 per month ($13.33 / hr)

Studio C: 11 x 15 (165 sq ft.) = $ 298.00 per month ($12.41 / hr)

Studio D: 14 x 14 (196 sq ft.) = $ 320.00 per month ($13.33 / hr)

• PA system with microphone
• AC
• Adjustable track lighting
• Full set of house gear (if needed)

Bands please remember to plan ahead and have the room cleared by the end of your booked time.   

For example, if you are scheduled from 5:00 to 8:00 you need to have the room vacated by 8:00
