IF Booking within 12 hours please call to confirm! There is a 2 hour minimum for all rehearsals with a start time before 7pm. However, if you book starting at 7pm, there is 3 hour minimum.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have booked your rehearsal time, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your reserved time. If you cancel or make any changes less than 24 hours before your reservation time, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the time booked. Your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours before your reserved time. The Cancellation Policy also applies if the studio time you book is less than 24 hours away. If you book a studio time that is less than 24 hours from when you book it, you will be subject to the Cancellation Policy. Example: It is 5:00 pm and you reserve 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm of the same day. If you then cancel the reservation at any time, you will be subject to the Cancellation Policy.
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN
You will have only your scheduled block of time to set up and break down your equipment. Your band will most likely be booked back-to-back with other bands, so please be courteous and keep your set-up, practice, and break-down within your scheduled block of time so all bands can stay on schedule. LEAVE THE ROOM THE WAY YOU FOUND IT TO AVOID ANY FEES. If you modify the drum set put it back before you leave. ANY STRIPPED HARDWARE IS $100 MINIMUM FEE. If you notice anything wrong with gear please let staff know. Turn off all equipment, (powered Speakers FIRST to go off, last to go on.). Lights and securely lock door.
STUDIO RESPONSIBILITY
By booking a studio at Live Musicians Co-op, you assume responsibility for yourself and the other people in your reserved studio during your reserved time. You agree that your credit card will be charged for any fees including but not limited to damage to the equipment, additional cleaning, cancellation fees, and full payment for the studio/extra gear rental.
CLEANING FEE
If the studio that you have rented is left in a manner that requires cleaning above and beyond our normal cleaning procedure, you will be billed a $75 cleaning fee which shall be billed at the sole discretion of Live Musicians Co-op. We also reserve the right to charge your card for any damage done to the equipment in your room. You agree to be the responsible party by reserving the room even if someone else in your group is the one who caused the damage.
BACKLINE EQUIPMENT
Live Musicians Co-op will provide the amount of gear listed for each room. We will do our best to make sure that all of the gear is in working order and we will replace any non-functioning gear with back-up equipment when possible. In the event that the replacement is not the same make or model as the original, you agree that you still owe Live Musicians Co-op is the normal rental rates. Only in the event that no replacement whatsoever can be found will your fee be reduced or waived at the discretion of the manager. AGAIN, LEAVE EQUIPMENT THE WAY YOU FOUND IT. DRUMMERS DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN HARDWARE. Any striped hardware will be charged to card that reserved the room minimum $100
DAMAGED GEAR
You will be fully and exclusively responsible for damages to any of the equipment in your reserved studio by yourself or anyone else during your reserved time if it is determined that the damage is above normal wear and tear. If something breaks or becomes non-functional, please bring it to the attention of a Live Musicians Co-op staff member immediately to avoid penalty and so that we can replace the gear so you can keep rehearsing or recordng.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If any fees incurred by you are not paid at the time they are due, you hereby authorize Live Musicians Co-op to charge your credit card on your account for the total amount due. Should your credit card payment be declined or deemed invalid, you are still responsible for the amount owed.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit livemusicianscoop.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You hereby voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, property loss or damage and/or other damages to you resulting from or in any way associated with the use of Live Musicians Co-op and further you and those accompanying you in the studio release Live Musicians Co-op or and its employees from every claim, liability, or demand of any kind or on account of any personal injury, property loss or damage, or other damages resulting from or in any way associated with you or any of your other studio occupant’s entry to Live Musicians Co-op and participation in its activities. You also confirm that you have read and understood this release and have notified all persons who are covered by this agreement.
